Note that PDBinder runs only on Linux-based Operative Systems (it has been successfully tested on OpenSuse and Ubuntu Linux distributions). From here you can download a compressed folder with all you need within:

1 - The main script with all the file needed to run.

2 - a README.txt file, with the usage instructions.

3 - integrated, ready-to-use, superpose3D.

4 - a PDB folder containing the set of protein structures used by PDBinder (see References). Please do not modify the content of this folder because the method could be compromised.
